shut it, lady

Earlier I had to listen to two different women go on and on about how awful it is to be 9 months pregnant. I wanted to cry, but I didn't.

  2. *sigh* I know how you feel actually. I have two co-workers at work who are both like 6 months preggo and one of them is always rubbing her belly, showing off #D ultrasound pics. She had a miscarriage at 18 weeks the last time she was preggo so I know she is just really happy to have made it through the "danger zone". But my friend Kat has been trying for THREE YEARS and we were talking last night about how hard it is. She said "I just wish there werent so many fucking pregnant girsl here right now!" I was trying last year and miscarried the twins and I wanted one more so bad and honestly at 45 my chances are pretty well shot now. So I get you. One day you will be preggo tho, and it will be so exciting for you and you will want to talk about it...so remember when you do that there might be someone just like you within listening range. I have almost said something to Karen about her being more considerate of Kat, but I dont want to ruin her happiness either. I guess them complaining must be hard to hear as I know you would give anything to have been 9 months, but when you are you will understand why they are saying that! That is the time when you are so uncomfortable and you just want the baby to come out. So try to bare with it. You have many years to make a family hun. It will happen. Perhaps the right time has just not proven itself yet. It will come. Take care of you right now.

  3. I used to get pretty upset, and want to scream at people... but now I usually just feel sad, and wish I knew what they were talking about. If I ever do get pregnant again, I definitely reserve the right to complain a little; just not in public, or to random cashiers!

  4. did I mention that the reason they were talking to me about it in the first place was because my coworker just had her baby? her SIXTH healthy baby. a boy.
