  1. I think... what it comes down to is... the unfree world has expectations, and the free person does not. The free person knows there is no such thing as "should."

    Seems like a lot of the best stuff is. But it is still good that the concept is there to muse upon, even if we can't quite manage to make it exist in reality.

    Hmm does what I've just written even make any sense? Possibly not.

  3. Even the *word* "expectations" makes me start to kick. Not to mention "should"...!

    I associate both words with manipulation. As in, the people with the most expectations, who "should" all over me, are also very manipulative.

    That makes me kick, too. Hard.

    You BOTH make sense to me. Why can't the whole world be like you?!
